Installation Steps

  1. Disconnect the battery before starting any electrical work.
  2. Remove the existing front cowl and headlight assembly (if equipped).
  3. Mount the new LED headlight brackets using the provided hardware.
  4. Route the wiring harness from the front to the dash area.
  5. Connect the turn signal switch to the steering column.
  6. Wire the brake light switch to the brake pedal assembly.
  7. Mount the taillight assemblies and connect wiring.
  8. Install the horn and connect to the horn button.
  9. Connect the main power lead to the voltage reducer (12V output recommended).
  10. Test all functions before final assembly.

Note: For gas models, ensure you have a voltage reducer installed to provide stable 12V power from your battery. For electric models, connect to a DC-DC converter if your pack voltage exceeds 12V.
